“Land as a Living Room” features 15 works of art inspired by her relationship with the outdoors and also by May Swenson’s poem, “Earth Your Dancing Place”:

The Windgate Museum of Art at Hendrix College (WMA

The Windgate Museum of Art at Hendrix College (WMA) announces “sustainABILITY,” an exhibition featuring 33 contemporary art quilts, each exploring solutions to improve sustainability in two-dimensional and three-dimensional works. The exhibition opens at noon Friday, February 3 and will remain on view through March 17, 2023. An opening reception runs from 5 to 7 p.m. February 3 and is open to the public.
Organized by Studio Art Quilt Associates (SAQA).

GATHER is a short film documenting the growing movement among Native Americas to reclaim their spiritual, political and cultural identities through food sovereignty. It is our seventh and final film in our Reclamation Film Series that accompanies our exhibition of contemporary Native American art entitled Still Standing.
